Refund policy

At GSOXS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Tags must be attached. 
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed socks
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or style, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to availability). Contact us at [your email/contact form] to initiate the process.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.

How to Start a Returns

  1. Email us at hello@gsoxs.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the items back and notify us with the tracking number.
